CVS Caremark Medicare Part-D services had a healthy collaboration with Universal American and are administrating the prescription drug benefits for Medicare Advantage plans. CVS is now converting the Prior Authorization system for Medicare Part-D drugs from CAS to MEDHOK. CVS is replacing the Prior Authorization process with MedHok for multiple clients. MEDHOK is a third party Prior Authorization system, a web based application built with powerful web development software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interacted with end-users and business process owners to collect requirements and acquire the necessary domain knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
