Project Manager for Pacific Gas & Electric (Motive-Power, Inc.) Sept 2015 ~ July 2016 (Promotion)

Managed the delivery of Electrical Transmission and Distribution projects of up to $30 million for PG&E in the Northern California region. Projects involved reconductoring and rerouting transmission lines, substations and upgrading mobile home parks to meet higher capacity loads and safety standards.

Coordinating with all functional departments, regulatory agencies and stakeholders to create and update the schedule, forecast and budget required for each project, while ensuring all environmental compliances are met.

Assisted in the delivery of Electrical Transmission and Substation Projects of up to $50 million for PG&E in the Bay Area region of California using Primavera P6 Version 8.2, SAP, Unifier and several other tools for scheduling and resourcing financials. Work involved setting up and maintaining several hundred resourced schedules simultaneously and coordinating with all functional departments and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Led a team of schedulers and cost/control analysts for two separate successful programs, NERC and MHP. Recognized for leadership and quality work under challenging timeframes for creating and maintaining up to 500 detailed schedules, consisting of thousands of tasks, on a daily basis.

Assisted in the management of California State Highway Capital projects in excess of $1 Million within the Central Region District. Coordinated all phases and personnel for each project using effective communication, work breakdown structures, and processes related to the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of projects in support of project management goals and objectives.
