• Workplace Services Mobility Program. To ensure a high quality work environment, I work jointly with our service providers/property management within my designated portfolio to evaluate the workplace from a quality and appearance care lens and subsequently take action on defects; i.e., see something, do something.

• PA Redevelopment. CREFM is in the process of renovating several buildings in Pennsylvania to take advantage of the space made available through client moves. WPS partners with our colleagues within CREFM, ABM, IT, Global Security, our construction team and other vendors to ensure the renovations are flawlessly executed. • SES II – Morgan, Audacious and Swiftsure. Regional operations support on one of the biggest redevelopment initiatives involving mission critical facilities in partnership with IT. Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Facilitation of Building Evacuation Program. Responsible for the management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic business objectives. Training Building Evacuation Team and ongoing partnership with Global Security (GS) and Business Contingency Services (BCS) in monthly Contingency Coordinator Phase II training. Continuously monitor evacuation procedures at a corporate level. Maintain Building Evacuation Manual updates. CREFM liaison with business and key stakeholders. Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.

• Shelter in Place (SIP) Project Team. Worked with GS and BCS to develop the SIP Plan, including concept and verbiage for Hardcards, Crew Accountability Logs, placards and folders. Ongoing building reassessments with GS after building redevelopments to maintain SIP verification. Ongoing support to GS in PA SIP exercises.

• Ergonomic Assessments. Conduct on site interviews with crew to ensure they are working safely and have all the appropriate tools to have a healthy and productive work environment. Educate and make recommendations for corrective actions to improve the work environment for the purpose of preventing injuries and improving the crew member’s overall wellbeing. 1
