TALENT ACQUISITION

Recruiting/Sourcing

Partner with clients, hiring managers, and recruiters to develop, implement and monitor sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent and on-going pipelines for targeted and hard-to-fill positions including but not limited to; clinical healthcare positions, union and manufacturing, administrative, sales, finance, HR, communications, marketing, IT/IS, business and key leader roles. Utilize strategies to expand sourcing reach in diverse and/or underrepresented communities. Management/Operations/Training

Provided leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition team. Hired, trained, coached and managed staff performance of recruiters, coordinators and interns. Designed and implemented strategic HR recruitment and retention plans for sourcing qualified and diverse talent. Recruitment Marketing
