Partner with clients, hiring managers, and recruiters to develop, implement and monitor sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent and on-going pipelines for targeted and hard-to-fill positions including but not limited to; clinical healthcare positions, union and manufacturing, administrative, sales, finance, HR, communications, marketing, IT/IS, business and key leader roles. Utilize strategies to expand sourcing reach in diverse and/or underrepresented communities. Provided leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition team. Hired, trained, coached and managed staff performance of recruiters, coordinators and interns. Designed and implemented strategic HR recruitment and retention plans for sourcing qualified and diverse talent. Consulted and provided full-cycle recruitment support to managers and front-line personnel. Lead efforts to improve HR operation and administrative procedures to meet standards set for service. Recruitment Marketing

Channel Development and Management

Facilitated workflow improvements for marketing positions and developed social media training for HR generalists and recruiters. Monitored and measured channel results.


•Successfully increased followers (450 to over 8000) over a 3 year timeframe, including year-over-year engagement stats on

Employer Brand

Develop editorial calendars to promote brand content on social media networks to increase engagement and enhance the employer brand.
