Founded two full-service fundraising consulting practices the first in 1992 which was revitalized in 2009, followed by Cambium Development Essentials in 2016. Personally conducted over 85 client engagements throughout the United States. Counsel includes: capital campaign management; major gift identification, cultivation and solicitation; annual appeal creation and management; non-profit foundation creation; foundation board identification, development and training; national alumni association creation; writing of development and institutional strategic plans; implementation of fundraising software and websites; conducting

feasibility and action studies; implementation of online CRM packages; grass roots fundraising management; voice broadcasting; donor identification and research; corporate/foundation proposal writing; development office assessment; establishing and implementing social networking practices and serving as in-house counsel.

American Stock Transfer and Trust Company, LLC - 2013-12 - 2016-10 As Vice President Business Development North America, I report directly to AST's Executive Officers. I am responsible for developing new corporate partnerships as well as identifying, cultivating and selling new business throughout the United and Canada. I represent each of AST's four major offerings, (Document Solutions, Transfer Agent, Personal Wealth Solutions and ASTOne) by presenting AST as a full-service stock administrator for issuers and shareholders.

Responsibilities included the conduct of three full department assessments (Document Solutions, Sales and Personal Wealth Solutions). These projects were designed to identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well

as client satisfaction. A comprehensive analysis of personnel, leadership, strategy and product was presented to the Executive team.

Currently coordinating all Solution Sales efforts in the US and Canada. Offerings include all private company initiatives, Personal Wealth Solutions, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Stock Purchase Plans, print, mail house, call center, tabulation and solicitation. United States Merchant Marine Academy Foundation, Inc - 2008 - 2009 Served as President/CEO and Chief Fundraising Officer at the foundation for the USMMA.

• Developed and implemented the 2008 - 2009 Strategic Plans

• Increased annual giving program/Academy Fund by 100%. Conducted first formal solicitation of Board members, faculty and staff.

• Responsible for the foundation budget, staffing, fundraising, allocation of funds and administration.

Bought and operated an acquisition/turnaround investment company. The company conducted property management and property maintenance for 17 commercial and residential community properties. Island's Own included a landscape design and build division along with a mason construction company; the company was sold
