Accomplishments… January 2011 successfully trained a new HR Assistant. August 2011 hired a Technical Recruiter. (Both still team members at eClinicalWorks today.) With 2 HR Generalist on maternity leave in 2012 I filled in to conduct Exit Interviews along with acting as the main go-to contact for employees acted as resource for FMLA, 401k, Health/Dental/Vision insurance, & STD/LTD

Led the Recruiting for all of the Internal Transfers due to the company creating a handful of new products and services which led to the creation of new departments. 175 employees (10% of workforce) transferred jobs internally in 2012

Created, Designed & Outlined an “Open House” style of interviewing in which we selected the top 15-20 local candidates to meet with team leaders and other members of a particular team to interview in a “speed dating” rotation. Candidates spoke to a minimum of 3 interviewers for no more than 10-15 minutes. Candidates were given a chance to build rapport with interviewers and received a chance to sell themselves.
