As a Partner, established an asbestos transportation & disposal company creating a program that challenged the market leader and achieved 25% market share in first

30-days. This company later went on to acquire that leader-BDC Disposal from Waste Management.

Started a program with a local recycler aimed at manufacturers allowing them to divert their trash into the recycling of cardboard, glass, metals and paper which reduced the manufacturers’ cost of disposal and generated incremental revenue.

Provided consultation to a Hazardous & Special Waste recycler/hauler, rewriting their business plan which enabled the company to secure third-party financing for the acquisition of capital equipment. Assisted in the selling of three major accounts and introduced the company to scrap metal buyers in Asia increasing EBITDA by 18%.

Provided consulting and brokerage services to the owner of an abandoned mining/processing site which had become an illegal dumping site and clandestine meth-amphetamine laboratory. The site was mandated by the EPA to immediately remediate due to imminent danger to the public. The project was completed thirty days ahead of schedule and 30% below the EPA projected cost.
