2. Passed H.S.C in March 1998 from Nasik Board Maharashtra With 58.50%.

Technical Qualification

1.Passed Boiler Attendant NCTVT exam in May 2000 from G.S.E.B with 66.85%

Total Work Experience: 15 years.

Presently working in Power Plant as a Boiler DCS Operator in BILT GRAPHIC PAPER PRODUCT LTD (BGPPL). Unit- Bhigwan, handling the operation of 175X2 TPH CFBC Boiler and 25 TPH AFBC boiler since 04th August 2008 till date. (60 MW Coal based Thermal Power Plant).

Achievement: Attend IJT Boiler Training Two day Workshop Improving and Extending Availability of Boilers.

Job Responsibilities:-

--- Involved in

Commissioning of 175 TPH CFBC coal fired water tube high pressure. Boiler with IJT make & working pressure. 105 kg/cm2 (Honeywell make DCS system 30 MW power plant).

Operations of 175 TPH CFBC coal fired water tube high pressure. Boilers of BHEL make & working pressure 105 kg/cm2 (Yokogawa make DCS system 30 MW power plant).

Operations of 50 TPH Oil Fired Water Tube Boiler of make IJT & working pressure 21 kg/cm2. PLC Based.

Commissioning & Operations of 25 TPH AFBC Water Tube cum fire tube Coal fired Boiler of Thermax make & working pressure. 21kg/cm2.

Main activities include DCS operations of Both CFBC boilers and 25 TPH AFBC Boiler during Start-up, handling Emergency conditions like Power Plant s home load condition, failure of any critical equipments etc.

During shutdown take part in maintenance of Boilers .Similarly run both AFBC and Oil fired boilers in annual boiler maintenance.

1) Worked as a 1st Class Boiler Operator in WELSPUN GUJARAT INDIA LTD Anjar (Kutch) Gujarat from 20th August 2007 to 23rd July 2008. (43 MW Coal based Thermal Power Plant)

3) Worked in N.R AGRAWAL Industries Limited Unit 2 G.I.D.C. Vapi Dist. Valsad, Gujarat as a 1st Class Boiler Operator 3rd June 2004 to 9th June 2006.
