Job Responsibilities:
Handling issues/queries of Distributors & Retailers
Collecting Funds on daily basis
Following up (with whom) for funds & orders on daily basis
Preparing & Maintaining data of Sales Executives, ASM’s & State Head
Maintaining monthly attendance of Sales Team & forwarding it to the concern departments
Following up with the sales team to update the secondary sales
Creating new Retailer’s data & PJP in Axapta
Updating Sales Shipments in Axapta
Communicating with distributors for completion of Primary funds collection target against the packing slips & outstanding
Supporting Sales team to closure of new prospect retailers & secondary sales
Handling Internal service tickets regarding orders related queries, credit note, buyback, ledger related issues & website issues
Updating & Handling process of tag request & sending it to the concerns places, for the same sending monthly bills to the distributor end
Day to Day co-ordination with all departments for solving the matters & queries
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
