I am a holistic HR Professional with 5 years 7 months experience in Human Resources vertical in areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management etc. after completing 2 years of full time MBA (HR). I am looking for good HR opportunities in San Francisco Bay Area.

INDUSIND BANK (From August 2015 till December 2016)Worked as “Regional HR Manager” managing entire HR function for Andhra Pradesh/Telanagana state for Assets & Liability vertical. In this role I was managing team of two HR operation executives.

This role was also similar to HR Business Partner role since I used to work closely with Business Leaders for arriving on recruitment gaps for the region and for other hr related issues.

Handled end to end recruitment cycle for the region right from sourcing (from job portals, through consultants campus recruitment etc.), taking interviews, till onboarding.

Resolving employee escalations in discussion with Regional Heads.

Handled all employee queries regarding leave request, transfers, performance appraisal.

Closing Performance Management for the financial year, liasioning with Regional Heads.

Issuing PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), termination letters etc. in discussion with Regional Heads of the vertical.

Preparing investigation reports for escalations within the region in discussion with Regional Heads.

For RCU investigations being present as HR Presenter along with legal and employee relations manager for cases of the region

Identifying training needs and sending employees for various training programs. Sending new joiners for induction program.

Taking exit interviews, doing attrition analysis and discussion on attrition with Regional Business Heads.

Conducting monthly meeting with business leaders for an update on recruitment status, major escalations of the region..

Projects Undertaken

I led the project on "Streamlining Recruitment and Onboarding at Indusind Bank" which focused on automatization and simplification of recruitment and onboarding process.

ICICI BANK Ltd (May 2011 till June 2015)

From May 2013 till June 2011 worked as “Employee Relationship Manager” conducting regular branch visits for ground sensing and handling employee queries and grievances.

Handled employee queries regarding organization policies, transfer requests, salary queries and leave updation

Catered to transfer request of employees by analyzing criticality on case to case basis.

Handled employee grievances, analyzing case and preparing preliminary investigation report.

Maintaining and updating correct HRIS for region.

Managed Performance Appraisal for Rajasthan RBG group. Managed entire Performance Management cycle right from Goal Sheet Updation, conducting half yearly feedback/360 degree feedback, normalization till final rating updation on PeopleSoft.

Conducted Talent Panels for the region after ratings.

Handled PMS escalations after ratings and conducted “Communication meetings” for employees

Employee Engagement

I Banker Session: A 2 day induction program for new joiners of I Bank for making them aware towards basic hygiene factors, work culture and various policies of I Bank.

Conducted "Mark Engliss" Sessions, A half day session for motivating employees of I-Bank and getting inspiration from Mark Engliss for fighting with challenges in life
