Site Engineering:
Extensive hands-on Field Engineering works (performs locally required designs for temporary facilities, review of drawings, detailing) and Construction monitoring along with co-ordination among civil, mechanical, electrical & other system-wide services. Review of all Mechanical layouts and working out the details of the Piping & its supports for the Pipe Rack & other buildings.
Project Planning: Drawing up detailed project plan and strictly adhering to it. Site Supervision:
Anchoring commissioning of Mechanical equipment’s, cw pump house systems and other systems and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de-bottlenecking & implementation of QA/QC procedures as per technical specification. Ensuring on time delivery of materials and required clearance from Engineering to be supplied by vendors without hindering construction activity. Site Tendering Activities: Rate analysis, cost optimization and local contract finalization to facilitate the execution as per planning within allocated budgets and time.
Billing: Generation of Client Bill and checking of contractor billing as per drawing, contractual documents, codes and standards.
Quality: Assuring the quality control at site of different activities and strictly adhering to the FQP (Field Quality Plan).
Project Management & Documentation: Interacting with clients to understand their specific requirements and execute projects accordingly. Liaisoning with Client / Consultant for taking approvals to attain the Client satisfaction. Managing construction tools & machineries.

Working as a engineer in PCP International Limited is a Public Limited Company with Government of India's State of Punjab as one of the share holders.
