Program Manager, Leadership Development and Diversity

Program managed 2 of the largest and most successful cohort Leadership Programs at Google reaching over 2,000 Googlers mid to senior level managers and leaders across all functions (Tech, HR, Sales) including one day workshop programs such as Building Authentic Relationship, Trusted Advisor, Influencing up & above, and Trusted Advisor. Beginning to end program design and development. In-depth program metrics and analysis along with people and business impact analysis,

In total over 150 programs and events managed and coordinated for Google. Some included 1 day events to multi-day events, to cohort program events that in total occurred over 6 months.

Managed vendor relationships, $2 million dollar budget, and stakeholder expectations. This included handling of RFPs, Vendor contracts, security background checks and clearances, and vendor onboarding.

Learning formation strategy and roadmap development. Talent Management and succession planning through programs. Specialized in creating, designing, implementing, coaching, facilitating, and scaling programs from 4hr workshops to 6 month cohort programs globally.

Provided an array of logistical and administrative support for the Medical Affairs Division. Reviewed, formatted, prepped and circulated materials for the Scientific Review Committee, Medical Review Board, Peer Review Board, and Publications Tactical and Literature Update Meetings. Products supported were Synvisc, Carticel/MACI, and Sepra Film.

Managed a $2 million dollar grant budget using the MyGifts Grant Application System for Medical Affairs, which included compiling completed grant applications for approval, conducting initial review of application prior to Vice President, follow up communication with vendors, and distributing declinations or approvals/checks.

Volunteer

Participated in a global mission to Vietnam with a team of audiologists and volunteers to help fit 2,000 patients with custom hearing aids.

Head of the events team in the Bay Area for a Hearing Health Campaign & Charity on November 4, 2017. Responsible for speakers, entertainers, venue, sponsorship and 2,000+ hearing and hard of hearing guests.

Partner to design and deliver “Listen Carefully” campaign to Seattle school districts to teach children about noise inducing hearing loss. This will also be a fundraiser event for Starkey so that they can continue to provide free hearing aids and assistive technology locally to Washington School for the Deaf and globally on missions.
