Created the Product team

o Expanded the team to manage Project Development and Deployment for more than 10 profitable products.

oWe were intensively involved in customer interactions and had created a customer advisory board for each product.

Managed the creation of a new website for Indianroots.com. and built the site from scratch to a full-fledged and revenue earning power house in a short two-month timeframe.

Created and implemented a DoubleClick tracking to aid banner management for the Paid marketing team.

Created a structure for paid marketing campaigns using Google AdWords and Facebook, managing 2.5 Million Rupees in marketing spends.

Conducted strategic analysis on category performance of Fashionandyou.com to recommend initiatives to achieve profitability. The growth in business was to the tune of 20 million Rupees by our initiatives.

Conducted usability testing for the business to get personal insights from users.

Managed the successful deployment of a new fashionandyou.com website with over a hundred new features.

EDMUNDS.COM, Los Angeles, USA -- Director, Consumer Analytics (Sept 2007 – May2011)

Managed a team of five developers and analysts to build an entire analytical engine for the SEM team to report on more than 5 million keyword buys.

Conducted a comprehensive analysis of a new beta site to help understand the revenue impact and usability enhancements. The launch of this new site made the company an additional $10 million in profits.

Introduced multi-variate testing in the re-design of the website to create revenue optimization opportunities. Continuous improvements through A/B testing have resulted in realized revenue of $3 million since early 2009.

Led a team to identify revenue on a per click basis for the Edmunds.com, enabling the usability team to determine the roadblocks on our site.

SHOPZILLA.COM, Los Angeles, USA (Mar 1997 – Sep 2007)

Search Operations Analyst –Search Operations Group: Designed and developed Search Engine Analytical Metrics for the Operations team and developed tools to optimize search results.

Operations Support Technician - Data Systems and Operations: Responsible for real-time data processing for ShopZilla.com. This involved automation and maintenance of more than 2000 data processing jobs.

Associate Database Developer - Data Systems and Operations Group: Designed, implemented and maintained a pioneering data collection, collation and reporting application in marketing research. This reduced the usual cycle of a month to 30 minutes on an average.
