Warranty/Quality returns: inspect, test, evaluate, determine root cause and Train operators to eliminate recurrence.

Review Work Instructions to insure 100% accuracy back to the PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA called out by the Customer. Follow through on BOM’s, Routers and Prints/Drawings per the Customer.

SHIFT RELIABILITY ENGINEER/SAC (SUPPLIER ACTION CENTER):

Answer all calls on quality issues on line and in plant locations and Supplier Warehouses (7 locations).

Determine quality line issues immediately (no downtime), and swap out suspect parts.

Determine sorts for suspect parts and create paperwork for Quality Alerts.
