Next business day advanced PC Desktop, workstation, and laptop break fix repair down to bare frame, CSR replacements and FRU replacements under HP and Dell DCSE regulations for over 60 Dell models including Laptops, Desktops, all-in-One Desktops, Alienware, XPS systems and Precision Workstations.

High level of Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 troubleshooting and re-imaging including scheduled and immediate software pushes, Active Directory add, modify and delete administration, Local admin rights granting and removal, printer and connectivity troubleshooting, driver maintenance and troubleshooting, proprietary software and DOD level, Banking level and science and engineering level proprietary software installation and troubleshooting, smart card and smart card reader use and troubleshooting and using remote troubleshooting using various remote tools such as VNC Push, RDP and Net Meeting.

Hardware Support Depot Technician

Randstad Technologies and Fulton County School Systems: January, 2017 –February, 2017

Open ended contract to support over 30,000 units of Dell, Apple and Windows Tablets for Fulton County Schools Systems one to one device initiative for SPLOST funded devices.

Daily duties included monitoring incoming tickets for hardware repair and or replacement, receiving devices (Apple, Windows and Dell Tablets, Stylus, Keyboards, Cases) and assessing damage of warranty related issues from non-warranty supported damage and either replacing or repairing devices; after which, sending replaced or repaired device back to depot ticket originator and noting and closing tickets as well as label creation and routing delivery through interoffice mail.

Additional duties included hardware and software diagnosis of said devices, repair, replace or reimage, joining the device back to the domain, asset allocation and tracking through SAP and proprietary Destiny software portal. Other duties included laser etching stylus pens and charger blocks and custodianship of device inventory.

Dell Certified Systems Engineer Tier II (DCSE) Field Technician – Full Time

I have worked independently as a 1099 independent contract Dell Certified Systems Engineer Tier II for ELS for 3 years full time (August 9th 2013 to October 9th 2016) and 2 years part-time and seasonal from May 2011 to May 2013

I was relocated from Orlando to Georgia in August of 2013 to lead the territory for ELS in Norcross GA

My main responsibilities include onsite OEM warranty product break/fix support for DELL standard, gold and Pro Support level warranties customers primarily commercial and with Board of Education clients.
