The project is based on telecom domain(OSS) .It included manually testing all the applications involved in the order management system of BT. To complete one order it involved seven applications. It involved understanding the entire order provisioning system. The applications were developed on different platforms like Web, Client server, Remedy etc.

It provides the ability to track certain items of mail through the operational infrastructure and provide reports to both clients and internal RMG users. Items to be tracked by IM have additional information printed on them, by the customer, in the form of a Mail Data Mart (MDM). IM operates at the consignment level. The customer generates a set of mail items for delivery. The contents of the mailing are documented in a Manifest, also produced by the customer.
