Assist clients with their concerns of their accounts. Investigate and Order on County Recorder Websites Property Deeds. Once received, retype changing Grantor / Grantee information and forward to County Recorder for new recording. Inquire with counties about their Fee Schedules and any other documentation that needs to accompany deed for recording. Also inquire with property about any transfer procedures they might have, as well as any fees. Insurance / Customer Service
