Manage a team of 3-5 Technical Writers (Information Developers) and oversee the extensive development and design of manuals, online help systems, electronic manuals, various web bulletins, and computer-based training. Administer the process for updating and editing of all documentation materials for over 10 software packages. Develop documentation processes with other department managers covering areas such as research, testing and distribution. Establish policies and procedures regarding the review of all materials designed for distribution externally.
