Used Excel to calculate the ideal vent size for all tanks, and performed adequacy checks on all tanks in each unit.

Analyzed critical documents, such as operating excellence standards, tank inspection analyses, both inspection and maintenance preparation plans, Job loss assessments, and different types of safe work permits.

Attended an inspection tour of the factory and grasped the technical aspects of the machinery on site. (Blending area, packing area, logistics area, and boilers).

Unilever Mashreq – Supply Chain Engineer – July 2015 – August 2015

Applied the methodologies/techniques of World-class manufacturing (WCM) to optimize the production cost of six soap production lines, by increasing the manpower utilization.

Utilized (Muri-Mura-Muda) technique, and did a detailed analysis on each of the M’s.

Used the above to suggest a set of actions to increase both labor and machine efficiency and optimize the soap production cost.

CHEM-E Car Build, Syracuse University– September 2016-March 2017

CHEM-E Car is a student-run project team where we apply the theoretical principles we learned in class to build a car that runs off a chemical reaction.

Our team built a car that runs using fuel cells and stops using an Iodine clock reaction.

I calculated the concentrations of Sodium Sulfite to be used that allow the car to run for the desired amount of time.

Public relations representative of the association: Market the organization and improve its image, design posters, and fliers, host public events.
