To whom it may concern,

My name is Leo Montano, I am a Benefit Review Officer with the Division of Workers’ Compensation While working with the Division I had the privilege to meet Mr. Paxton Seals while he was on contract with the Division.

I did not work in the same department with Mr. Seals but our day to day activities at times brought us around the same general areas. Being one of the first people to come into the office I could tell that Mr. Seals is a very punctual person and you can depend on him coming into work on time. Mr. Seals always had a very good and positive attitude and always willing to help. I believe that it’s those same qualities that give me the confidence to say that he is also a hard worker.

As I did not directly work with Mr. Seals I cannot comment further on his actual work abilities but I do believe he would be a good higher candidate. Sincerely,
