I started with this company as a birthday party coordinator. Much of this position was customer service based. My overall function was to ensure a successful birthday gathering. I was soon promoted to be a front desk attendant. In this position I was often the first person the customer came in contact with. I handled lane assignments and payments for individuals, groups and corporate functions. In addition to the customer service tasks, I handled the accounts receivable in regards to corporate use of Spare Time. This involved keeping track of payments, balances due and reconciliation of account discrepancies.
