Led teams to successful Rolls-Royce US Defense Operation Center construction and Process Excellence outcomes. Directed construction of an Operation Center modeled the Bristol Operation Centre at Rolls-Royce’s Indianapolis headquarters.

Budget: $2.4 M • Team Size: 5 Staff & 5 Contractors

Slashed spending to finish this $2.4M, two weeks early and $100K under budget, earning Presidents’ Award Nomination.

Selected contractors for the Design, Construction, Audio Visual, Transition, and internal IT Upgrade, in addition to directing the final project team of five contractors and five Rolls-Royce employees.

Spearheaded the project from initial visioning through completion. Studied onsite procedures and processes at the UK Operation Centre, presented the ROM to executive, secured the $2.4 M capital budget, oversaw project’s schedule, and proactively identified risks and solutions.

Effectively communicated with Executive Leaders in monthly governance reviews. Process Excellence Lead, 2010-2011

Used Six Sigma Methods to guide Service Program team to completion of five-year Journey through Process Excellence.
