Well Site /P&A Supervisor
Effectively managed, supervised and successfully executed P&A operations in the GOM. Utilized and supervised Coil tubing, Slickline and E-line operations. Conducted morning safety meetings, coordination of the job with Upper Management / Engineers and Vendors with open communications, maintained and complied with an AFE budget and daily reporting of the job progress. Company protocol and federal safety regulations were enforced.

Well Site/ Intervention Supervisor
Effectively manage work over operations for field; removing tubing squeezing zone set CIBP and tube perforating new zone run in with new completions and manage sand control. Perform subsea well interventions (well P&A operations, kill, lube and bleed), tubing, severing and removal, E-line operations setting CIBP and retainers, slickline fishing operations, H2S well, plug back and perforate re-complete, HWO workover and coil tubing clean out. Remove and replace production string and screen assemblies, gravel pack and perforate to bring well onto production. Supervise frac operations.
Key Accomplishments:
Supervise processes including; E-Line, Coil tubing, Slickline operations including foam washing and thru tubing recompletions; P&A in the GOM including removing structures.
Isolate zone move up hole to next interval with coil unit and jet several onto production; and isolate lower zone, come up hole, perforate desired zone and test well.
Complete operations while maintaining compliance with safety procedures; conducting coil tubing clean out (20500' displaced 14.5 OBM to 14.5 CaBr2), coil tubing and workover operations, snubbing operations, plug and abandonment in GOM, and decommission platforms.
Complied with and enforced Company and Federal safety rules and regulations according to BSEE.
