This job consisted of outbound/inbound calls. The inbound calls consisted of member appreciation, as well as member notification concerning alerts on account. For Outbound calls I would have to do welcome calls/ Hedis Calls that concerned checking to make sure our members as well as their children were going to receive their yearly check-ups/ preventative services.
