FOCUS
Senior Technical Writer
Specializing in helping transfer technical or otherwise arcane knowledge from in-house to those outside who need it (and who may not be as technically aware). Experience includes research, writing, graphic design, user interface analysis and design and mentoring of junior staff. It is important to note that for technical writing to succeed, it must be done from the perspective of the technology consumer. This is an important point because the information consumer often does not receive, process or utilize information in the same manner as the producer.
