Directed workout and final design/development approvals for a 640 acre gated Master Planned Equestrian Estates community and Planning/Design for an additional 320 acre 2nd phase involving environmental, mapping, equestrian trails design/construction, architectural plans and permits. Served as Owner Representative and client design consultant / facilitator for custom home site designs, permits and construction. 1987-1997 VP Planning and Development

Beverly Park Development, Canyon Development Co. Palm Springs, CA

Directed Planning and Approval of the award winning World Class Beverly Park, a premier estate residential master plan of the highest order containing 84 estate homes for the rich and famous over 320 acres, above the Beverly Hills Hotel. This was a unique and challenging project processed through the City of LA for final design and permit approval. Any Google search on Beverly Park or North Beverly Park will reveal some of the scope of this project.

Also, Directed planning and approval for Canyon Park Resort and Spa, the first Specific Plan (SP-1) in Palm Springs, over 720 acres as a master plan for a 5 star destination resort hotel, convention center and specialty retail shopping, tennis club, championship golf course and fairway homes, Silver Design & Development Services planning and design. Included: major Flood Control, General Plan Amendment, full EIR; Department of Interior and Tribal approvals.
