Dear Sirs:
I am an electrical engineer with three and one half years experience with Delco Electronics Corporation (the General Motors Corporation). I have learned of an interesting opportunity with MModal, that of Product Engineer, and would like to explore it further.
As a customer systems engineer and as a design engineer my responsibilities included customer negotiations, cross functional coordination and communication and design. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University.
I left the Delco Electronics Corporation in August of 1994 to attend a small Bible College in Columbus, Ohio. I completed a one year course of general study. I worked concurrently at part time jobs and continued until January of 1997. I accepted the position of project engineer with Aisin World Corporation of America (Toyota Motor Corporation) in January of 2001. I left in February of 2001 because of headaches. I spent the next seven years resolving the situation. From November of 2008 until November of 2013 I helped my father, full time, take care of my mother who had Dementia. The last three and one half years I have spent helping my wife in a difficult situation. I am now seeking to reenter my career.
I have enclosed a copy of the resume summarizing my education and experience. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
James R. Duff
Enclosure
