Observe and inspect all areas of building equipment and systems, based on scheduled and nonscheduled preventative maintenance as per manufactures recommendations. Correct and repair any findings OR make recommendations and negotiate costs and coordinate with outside vendors to make needed repairs within an acceptable time frame. HAZMAT trained, Hazard Chemical Disposal or recycling, Blue Print Literate, Lite Carpentry Skilled, OSHA General Industry safety and Health, Aerial Work Platform Operator, FIRST AID/CPR Cert, General Mechanics, Class B CDL, 24 hr emergency call, Prioritizing work orders, monthly expense reports
