Responsibilities

•Analyze the 7 BI Tools (OBIEE, Cognos, Tableau, SSRS, SAS, Microstrategy and BO) and gathering details for consolidation

The California State University (CSU) is one of three public higher education systems in the state of California. The CSU system is composed of 23 campuses and has over 417,112 students supported by 47,000 faculty members and staff. The primary goal of the Common Financial system implementation project is to produce a fully configured, enriched, common baseline prototype built on a single database platform and deliver a financial reporting solution via a data warehouse, along with the production support of the current Analytics project.

Responsibilities

Conducted interactive sessions with the business users in order to understand the legacy reports and then build the OBIEE reports.

Involved in all production support activities for the existing phase 1 project that’s in production.

Production support involves – on call support for end user’s issues, troubleshooting and fixing the issues,
