Three years One Month working experience as a Metallurgical Engineer in Quality Control Department of Magna Steel Private Limited From February 04th, 2008 to March 05th, 2011.

Responsibilities

Test and Quality Inspection of the Bars.

Chemical Composition Analysis by using Spectrometry.

Metallurgic Examination.

Heat Treatment processes of the Metals and Alloys.

Conduct Internal Auditing to check and review documents and process requirements for compliance with ISO 9001 standards

Operates and Analyze Chemical Composition of the product using Spectrometer

Conduct Laboratory Testing (Mechanical test, Microstructure test and Raw Material testing)

Perform the test in Laboratory (Compactability, Permeability, Mould Hardness, Sieve Analysis, Tensile Testing, Adhesion Test, Load Testing etc).

Blasting and Coating Inspection of the products.

Track and process samples. Processing samples will be measure using gauges and calliper.

Maintain a samples tracking database as per the procedure.

Inspection of the Patterns before Production.

Co-ordinate and perform testing for third party labs or municipalities

Perform testing on returned product as required. Tests may include pressure tests, micrograph analysis, hardness testing, and all specified special tests required to certify returned product.

Prepare Method of Statement and Materials Documents.

Performs Final Inspection of the product to ensure Quality before delivery
