Attended Pre Construction Meeting, scheduling, composed existing conditions folder and schedule sub contractors and logistics for 1101 14th St. Lobby and Garage demolition and renovation to be conducted only at night from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Followed schedule and made all CPM dates. Coordinated work to maintain orderly project as lobby had size constraints, so was un able to have trades working in close proximity.

Demo’d, installed self leveling floor, concrete steps, all new lighting, new LED touch screen directory, some HVAC and sprinkler re routing, porcelain tile and base, xorel wall covering, and complete painting and numbering with accent colors in garage (2 levels) Destination D.C. Complete demo and renovation of 3 floors of occupied high end office space (phased work, 15,000 SF). Aggressive schedule with 4 weeks per floor from demo to Finals. No budget or schedule issues and no list time mistakes.
