Senior Production Manager, 2008 – 2017

Managed a Project lead and three Analysts that are responsible for all aspects of daily operations in four data factories, processing data for 3,000+ distributors.

Planned, tracked, and managed the standardization of testing, implementing, monitoring, and running four data factories. Reduced factory run time by 50%, and weekly maintenance run time by over 24 hours.

Directed successful software updating and user acceptance testing (UAT) of four data factories. Implemented standard UAT factories and maintenances that reduced implementation into production by over 2 weeks.

For over 20 years, led all potential and existing client tours as well as new employee tours in four data factories, enhancing client relations and motivating optimal productivity. Company gained over 35 new clients in the 20 years I have been presenting/selling the factory to potential clients.

Served as Project Liaison between Operations teams and Automation team on critical software conversions. Worked with all Operations teams to create standard procedures to convert, test, and implement along with the Automation team thousands of Appworx job scheduling chains to the new BMC Control M scheduling software.
