Responsibilities

Follow Current Good Laboratory Practices (cGLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Water testing of daily and weekly parameter as per IS 14543:2004 including microbial testing of raw water sample, shelf life samples etc.

Planning for all activities in Microbiology Lab.

Perform Microbial Limit Test (MLT) for Finished Products.

Perform Environmental monitoring by Settle plates method,Air Sampling method and Contact plate method.

Perform Water Testing as per BIS standards.

Performing microbial identification (Bacteria, mold and yeast) in water, environment and product samples.
