Logistics / Admin Officer: Combining these two job functions was a little bit challenging, in the sense that, there is little or no similarity between the two. I was saddled with the responsibility of taking delivery of materials from onshore to the offshore location. Ensure that prescribed journey management plan is strictly adhered to. Effectively and efficiently plan and manage personnels crew change. Solely incharge of all administrative jobs on site and also, a member of the site management team.

2. Employment Record with Springbank plc, Warri Branch 2006 – 2010

Business Development Officer: I manage the account of some key oil and gas company with the bank. I liase with the construction manager, procurement manager, critical vendors and subcontractors, to ensure that deliverables are maintained with the plan, forecast and actual dates for various milestones. Also, set up a progress measurement mechanism which is reflective of physical progress made and ensure that the progress is measured on a weekly basis for all aspects of the project reporting and inviocing. I ensure that progress curves and reports are made and distributed internally and externally on a timely basis. Also, I review and recommend appropiate action on progress and delay to the project manager. I also take inventory analysis of stocks using appropriate and applicable monitoring tools. Management of data essential to make available an accurate forcast for procurement at regular intervals using MS Access inventory management software.
