H2Oil Recovery Services Inc - Andrews, TX - July 2006 to March 2009

•As the Engineering Manager and later the Plant Manager of a new recovery plant recovering crude oil, andwater.

•Managed the equipment installation and the plant start up. It became profitable within the first year of Operation.

•Had total accountability of this operation including Payroll, HR, Safety, Risk management, Budgeting, Purchasing, Etc.

•Supervised a staff of 3 managers and 6 supervisors we had a total of 40 employees at this plant.

•Equipment to accomplish this are as follows- Secom screens, centrifuge, Vacom,

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

This facility is 900,000 sq. ft. under roof.

•Hired to be on the start up team to setup the maintenance department, helped

Write all the programs for the plant ammonia refrigeration certifications, MSDS program, Plant safety programs, OSHA requirements, etc.

•There was no purchasing department so with my background I set up Chain Procument system for all the vendors for Maintenance and Production parts and materials this included many of the raw material vendors for the plant. I set up PO s and have purchased everything needed to bring this plant up and maintain it.

•Set up the contracts for plant waste and the recycling programs.

•Helped with writing the yearly budget for maintenance.

•Did our own injection molding and blow molding for our PET bottles using Husky injection molders and Krones blow molders? Most of our line equipment is Krones from Germany. Labelers, Pasteurizers, variopaks, palletizes, air conveyors and fillers.

•Trained on all equipment. Le-Nature spent at least $20,000.00 per man on in house and on outside training for all this equipment.

•Worked daily with the Krones Techs commissioning the lines on all the different products we produced.

•Trained on Allen Bradley 5000 and slick 500 PLC and controls.

•Plant was closed

•Managed my Dept. and all outside vendors and contractors for the Plant.

•In charge of all purchasing of maint. parts and equipment. I did all procurement and buying for the plant.

•Managed inventory control and all functions involved in the plant parts room.

•Supervised all contractor projects for the facility.

•Purchased all mobile equipment and was in charge of it.

•As the Maintenance Manager at F&B Manufacturing I set up a PM Program within 3 months in order to make the department ISO 9000 compliant and pass the audit that was pending.

•Lost Aero-space contacts with GE and half the plant was laid off.

V.P. OF OPERATIONS

W.E.P.S - Mesa, AZ - January 1999 to July 2000

•Responsibilities- Managed the start up of a new facility, Wrote programs, contracts, purchased equipment, trained techs, over saw all installations of hardware and hardware programming.

•Assisted the CEO in directing a new Wireless Card Transaction Co. Supervised over 30 management and Tech. Personnel.

•Completed the construction of the offices and installation of the hardware in the Facility on time and under budget.

PLANT MANAGER

Philip Services Inc - Chandler, AZ - August 1997 to January 1999

•Responsibilities include total management of a copper recycling plant containing two chopping lines and briquette equipment.

•Supervised 90 management and hourly employees employed in a seven-day operation.

•We produced 3 to 4 million pounds of copper product per month.

•Plant was closed due to losing a major copper source.

CHIEF MAINT. ENGINEER

Gila River Casino - Chandler, AZ - March 1996 to August 1997

•Responsibilities included- the start up of two new casinos within one year.

•Organized a complete new Maintenance department for each new facility.

•Wrote programs and policies for both facilities.

•Setup all contracts with vendors and contractors.

•Managed all facility engineering projects, and at the same time kept the two existing temporary facilities running and maintained.

•Supervised over 25 management and Tech. Personnel.

•Once I brought up both new casinos the Co. closed my position.

FACILITY ENGINEERING MANAGER

Metal Powder Components - Coldwater, MI - 1995 to 1996

•Manager over the Maintenance department and Plant engineering projects.

•Group consisted of 15 mechanics and electricians.

•Major equipment- presses 150 to 750 ton hydraulic and mechanical presses, tumbling equipment, conventional machining equipment, heat treating furnaces, endothermic generators, sintering furnaces, boilers, water towers, air compressors, drives, conveyors and building facility systems.

•Family decided that Michigan was not for us, we moved back to Phoenix Area.

•Responsible for start up and program development of a new Ocean Spray facility.

•I/O Commissioning of all PLC programs.

•fillers (60 & 80 head), packaging equipment, case coders, video jet coders and hi cone equipment. Scissors lifts, forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers, palletizes, conveyor systems of all kinds, boilers, water conditioning and sanitizing system, pumps, decasing equipment, labeling equipment, pasteurizing, heat exchanger, can steamers, aseptic equipment, refrigeration (ammonia & glycol) systems and building facilities equipment.

•Trained in Maximo Software for maintenance programs and production programs this is similar to SAP.

PLANT ENGINEERING MANAGER

Weber Aircraft - Fullerton, CA - 1990 to 1994

•Managed two Maint. Departments in Fullerton and Brea, with electronic techs, electricians, mechanics and janitors. A plant engineering dept. including an engineer, draftsman and a secretary. This totaled around 40 personnel. Major equipment consisted of CNC lathes, mills, machine centers, punch presses, spot welders, production tig welders and conventional machine shop tools, saws, shears, breaks and metal coating process equipment, boilers, water conditioning equip. Electronic assembly equipment,

vacuum presses, injection molding equipment, paint spray booths and gluing equipment. Installation of cable and punching down phone and computer lines for dept moves.

•Successful in reducing maintenance budget at Weber Aircraft by 25% or $500,000.00

Morton Salt - Salt Lake City, UT - 1986 to 1990

•Managing and supervising the maintenance department, 30 electricians and mechanics for a mill and pond facility.

•Major equipment consisted of 500 ton block press, pellet and pellen roll presses, flour rolls and grinders, screening systems, bagging equipment, heat sealers, bag sewing equipment, labelers, palletizers, stretch wrap and shrink wrap equipment, scales and mobile equipment - 988 cat loader, 966 cat loader, cat grader, cat bulldozer, case 560 backhoe, case tractor, ken worth trucks, belly dump trailers, Clark and hyster forklifts, centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, diaphragm pumps, and salt stacking equipment.
