Built an Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) simulation model of wafer fabrication unit with multiple bays and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) using AutoSched AP and AutoMod. Tested different dispatching and release rules of wafers into the production line to achieve the minimum cycle time.

Studied the application of Analytical Network Process (ANP) by computing super matrix and desirability index to assess dispatching rules in wafer fabrication.

Simulation of an Assembly Line January – May 2016

Built Monte Carlo simulations for warehouse systems and assembly line using Excel VBA. Modeled arrival rates of different parts as probability distributions, identified bottlenecks and proposed an improved design for the system.

Design and Analysis of Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft (Osprey V22) August 2013- April 2014

Designed the Osprey V22 in SolidWorks and CFD analysis is done using ANSYS 14.0 on tilt rotor in airplane mode over a range of angle of attacks and compared with results from standard data.
