I operated manufacturing equipment to maximize product throughout the production floor and minimize downtime. I inspected plastic panels for proper part Identification, also Evaluated production and equipment to find opportunities for improvement. I also troubleshot mechanical and processing issues. I would suggest mold and machine-specific repairs and improvements to increase production of high quality parts, also monitored and maintained machine and water parameters, ran plastic injection molding machines, aided in process design and tooling improvements to increase productivity and quality. I would inform the oncoming shift and superiors about the machine production and status, material process, department needs and any problems that needed addressed. I also was required to enter data into the manufacturing batch records and open problem notifications (when required), I set up work stations and changed over injection molds.

Update:

As of April of 2015 I have been working at Pier-Mac Plastics in Portland,Indiana .

I have been working on Van-Dorn molding machines,processing polycarb. We make casket parts,and also tail light assembly parts like the lens cover and the reflector parts for the tail lights. I also in time having worked at Pier-Mac plastic worked my way up to supervisor there also with in three months of working there .
