Accountable for infrastructure and IT service delivery in an environment consisting of 1750 desktops and laptops, 120 Intel Servers, and 5 enterprise systems.
Managed the EDS project portfolio and priorities. Performed project reviews, technical validation, and resource coordination on all projects impacting desktops, servers, LAN, or WAN. Represented North America in global infrastructure planning, project implementation, and standards creation.
Key Results
Initiated Active Directory, Exchange 2003, and server monitoring efforts.
Architect of server consolidation and relocation of ERP system from Duluth datacenter to an EDS leveraged site. Project involved 20+ servers and affected 2500 users.
