Job Description: Work as a Mechanical Inspector under Maintenance Department from HPAL Nickel Company. A Nickel Oxide Ore Processing utilizing Hydrometallurgical Process with Nickel-Cobalt Mixed Sulfide as a product . Conduct daily monitoring and troubleshooting of equipments such as pumps (Kirloskar, Warman, Wilden, Goulds, Etanorm SYT, and etc - a pumps capable at sulfur line, cooling line, heating, methanol, thermal oil line, and other acid pumps), blowers, also inspection of pipe lines, valves (jacketed plug valves, check valves etc). Troubleshooting also of pressure filters (diaphragm, vat collector and plate pack seal s replacement). Inspection of tanks(sulfur tanks, methanol, demi/waste water tanks) vessels(hydrogen vessels, hydrogen sulphide vessels, and etc) heat exchangers (heater and cooler). Provide SOP and provide safety measurement to the subcontractors in every activities/works to be made. Make daily reports regarding the activity on duty time basis, troubleshooting, unsafe acts and to the environments. Make also purchase requisitions on spares of any equipments including gaskets, o-rings, pump assembly, and etc. Make incident/accident/near miss reports in regarding to the safety matters.Knowledgeable of SAP SE
