PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rizzo Corporation May 2016 to May 2017
Project Manager
Due to PM staff shortages, Rizzo Corp (Prime Contractor) hired me as a PM to finish the $22M State of CT DAS / DRS twin high-rise renovation project (26 floors) in Hartford, CT. The project was a fast tract project with the goal of turning over 1 completed floor per week. WIth over 400+FDC's & 360+ PCO's added to the project, the goals were met for delivery, as projected. Strick scheduling & weekend forces averted delays.
Construction Managers, The Morganti Group was very pleased with my expertise of high-rise construction, level of knowledge & quick acclimation of the project that produced positive results. Unfortunately, Rizzo Corp had no new large projects so a layoff regime of newer PM's resulted. I thought my position was long term because Rizzo paid a hefty sum to a head hunter to hire me but poor planning & corporate greed resulted in downsizing.
