Summary
I was employed as a senior network technician by the Hertz Corporation for 13 years, until the company recently outsourced its IT department. During my tenure, we primarily provided 24/7 year round monitoring and support of Hertz global data network diagnosing network hardware and circuit outages and facilitating their repair.
