STAFF PHARMACIST, KIRKPATRICK’S PHARMACY, PETERSBURG, VA JANUARY 2016-FEBRUARY 2017 Came on board to help bring the store more up to date and current, using minimal expenditures. Added large box of “On Hold” prescriptions to patient profiles. Reworked Over-the-Counter items to bring down overall price points and increase variety selections to be more in tune to the economics of the area population. Reorganized Work Flow to start using technicians more to free up pharmacist to do pharmacist duties. Streamlined delivery process to help minimize multiple trips. Expanded use of Vaccination/Immunization Protocol (started last year) to provide more vaccines. Started working with UBC Contracting to do depot psychiatric injections for local D-19 patients. Started using the P.O.S. system to control inventory and create orders. Filled many compliance, Bubble Pack and HIV adherence medications. Worked with owner to find ways to market store and services. Did several MTM cases and collaborated closely with local Hospice companies.

Pharmacist, Wegmans Pharmacy, Fredericksburg, VA June 2009 - June 2013 Store Wellness Coordinator, Simplification Coordinator & Certified ImmunizerManaged Employee Wellness Program (Blood Pressure for 4 years, cholesterol added in 2013): Screened over 400 employees. Evaluated, educated and monitored participating employees in a six month program, using an Outcomes Program. Initiated technician training and development program. Advocated corporate technician requirements change from state to national certification. Implemented “Kudos” to reward positive work performance and increase employee morale.
