Manage all aspect of the site. Set schedule for associates,; determined by production needs. Set the delivery schedule; determined by the needs of the 10 districts we supply. Work within a budget; to date I have always been under budget. Conduct all safety meetings with associates. Upgraded the 5S program. To date we have improved by 12%. Set Lean strategies to make site improvements. Meet with Operations Manager, Safety Manager and Regional Manager to update and show improvements and growth patterns for the facility in Lodi Ohio. Along with Maintenance associate we conduct all maintenance protocols and do all PMs as required.

Working with one account manager, two site managers, 8 supervisors, and 75 associates in safety and training issues. Working with all new hires in and trainers to provide the best training we can to make them successful. I have written 11 training manuals, 20 procedures, rewards program and improving the overall 5S program, suggestion program and rewards program. Setting up and completing all orientation of new hires, do all tours of both facilities and coordinate with management of the company we are providing service too.

Also have taken on added responsibilities as a site manager (plant manager) during the absence of one at both locations.
