WORK EXPERIENCE:

Current shipping and receiving supervisor for Hans America – January 2015 to present. Started with HANS as warehouse worker, promoted to warehouse supervisor in August 2015.

Supervise the shipping and receiving of various KIA/Hyundai products (assembly seat covering) to various customers.

Supervise team members on daily assignments.

Knowledge of ASN’s (IEXCHANGE: payment program for one of our customers)

Knowledge of preparation of packing slips and BOLS

Knowledge of PDA system with incoming and outgoing products.

Former on-site supervisor for MS Companies from July 2014- January 2015.

Supervised 3rd party inspectors at various customer sites on inspecting products for defects.

Traveled from various customer when needed.

Left due to poor management, partiality, and unfairness.

Former production supervisor for SL Alabama from February 2014 -July 2014.

Manufacturer of head light and tail light assembly for both KIA, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Dodge.

Supervised the assembly production of a team of 50+ team members assembling products for customers.

Made sure production numbers were met as required

Maintained attendance for each team member

Left due to the extent of drive became too much and having to constantly work 7 days a week.

Former production supervisor for SCAutoTech- September 09-Feburary 2014

Manufacturer of heating and air conditioning units for KIA/Hyundai.

Began as injection machine operator: Assembly of heating and air units for various KIA/Hyundai Cars and SUVs.

Later promoted to team lead where my responsibility was to make sure all lines had supplies as needed.

Later promoted to 2nd shift supervisor where I was responsible for 55+ team members, 19 injection machines and 5 to 6 assembly lines.

Made sure production numbers were met as required so all customers received requested products on time.

Maintained attendance for each team members.

Left to unfairness and lack of communication with the HR Department.
