Provided leadership in developing and executing HR strategies to support overall business plan and direction of respective organizations. Ensured fulfillment of all operational procedures per appropriate policies and best practices. Provided HR expertise to 33 regional offices, corporate office in Valley Forge, PA, and international partners. Reported to the CEO with extensive involvement with the Board President and Board members.
