Overall in charge of the operation and maintenance of the diesel power plant.(18V 32LN) Wartsila Diesel Engines(5.8 MWx8)(18V32LN). Achieved monthly tests and reports as per contract agreement with the client/costumer. Ensure that operations and maintenance of the power plant is within the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).Ensure that both Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) and Corrective Maintenance are achieved in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

●Supervise/oversee and coordinate the various processes in power generation during the shift such as: delivery of quality product and service to the customer, operation of the diesel generator sets.

●Coordinate with customer on fuel/lube oil management, plant testing and plant loading.

●Ensure plant availability is maintained as per contract agreement with the client.

●Ensure that the plant is operating according to contract.

●Oversee daily plant system load dispatch as required by customer.

●Prepare parallel computation on heat rate, and other capacity test load sharing, load rejection and load shedding.

●-Discuss and update operation plan with the Plant Manager.

●Responsible for the smooth and continuous operation of the plant.

●Ensure in implementing of company policies, SOPs, safety procedures, good housekeeping, energy conservation guidelines and environmental regulations.

●Assist the Plant Manager in the implementation of quality and productivity initiatives.

●Act as an Executive Officer of the power plant in the absence of the Plant Manager.

●Check light fuel/lube oil analysis results against Light Fuel/Lube Oil Standards.

Supervise the whole shift operation and ensure that power generation is maintained as per system load demand(18V 38LN) Wartsila Diesel Engines(10.8MWx8)coupled with 2 EGB(Exhaust Gas Boiler). Instruct operation personnel for smooth, reliable and economical way of power generation. Give and share knowledge and informations to operators on power plant technical know how. Give evaluations on all operations personnel. Carry out performance tests on engines as directed by the plant manager.

Cambodia Utilities Pte Ltd. 1997-1998 Operation Mgr/Eng’g Mgr/Safety Mgr

Duties and Responsibilities:

Directly reporting to the plant manager on power plant operations. Coordinates with maintenance manager for PMS and Corrective Maintenance scheduling to ensure system load demand is maintain and avoid curtailment on power generation(GMT Diesel Engines). Ensure enough Spinning and Running Reserve is maintained during operation and any maintenance work. Responsible in civil works for modifications inside the power plant. Desalination/Steam Plant) (Saudi Arabia)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Incharge in commissioning of the Royal Commission Power Plant (MYASPP) Gas Turbines (Frame 7 Hitachi) composed of ( 60MWx8) coupled with HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generators) to supply saturated steam in Desalination Plant(Combined Cycle) multi stage evaporators in Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Responsible for the smooth operations of the power plant. Give lectures and seminars for the whole operations staff. Ensure that system load demand is meet and maintain enough spinning and running reserve during operations. Recommend modifications in the power plant as needed. Give performance evaluation on all operations staff. Ensure that safety tagging system is follow at all time prior to any maintenance work. Checked all pertaining documents and logbook of operations.

Manila Electric Company 1971-1980 Plant Operator (Thermal Power Plant)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out duties responsibilities as boiler operator as instructed by my supervisor in the power plant.(ONCE THROUGH BOILER) Siemens (300MW x2) and (180MWx2) Steam or Thermal Power Plant.
