I would bring to your company a broad range of skills, including ability to:

• Supervise equipment/facility maintenance technicians, security personnel and custodian personnel.

• Participate in the development and implementation strategies and departmental objectives.

• Create review and modify Facility equipment installation qualification, operational qualification, performance qualification, yearly calibration and preventive maintenance procedure. Provide training to the technician for new SOP and keep track of all related documents.

• Perform and keep record of the Facility equipment installation qualification, operational qualification, performance qualification, yearly calibration and preventive maintenance.

• Create, modify and track change control documentation to equipment and facilities.

• Issue the annual contract of landscaping, fire sprinkler/fire alarm supervision, low pressure boiler maintenance, 500-ton chillers, air compressors, air dryer, generators and UPS with negotiated price and best quality of work.

• Apply and modified facilities permit required from Local Township, state of New Jersey, County and federal like Air permit, wastewater discharge, storm water, hazardous/flammable material storage, radiation and boiler/chiller registration.

• Participate in annual fire inspection, recycling inspection, DEA inspection, FDA inspection and County inspection.

• Provide verbal and written feedback on employee performance and sets employee objectives aligned with departmental goals.

• Develop employee skills and support the employee’s career development plans.

• Actively contributing in GMP rooms expansion, installation and commissioning of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

I have sixteen years related experience and equivalent combination of education and experience, including experience repairing HVAC/refrigeration systems and Kathabar De/Humidification Systems. Thorough working knowledge of all systems and most equipment and the related regulatory requirements needed; mastery of Mechanicals. Good communications, customer service and technical skills necessary.

Bachelor of engineer in Mechanical / Manufacturing engineering
