● Prepare reports hourly on excel spreadsheets and convert to pdf etc. for Gulfport consultants.
● Check rates quarterly on a gas calculator to ensure proper readings on Totalflow meters.
● Collect gas samples, check shake out samples on water legs etc.
● Rig up on 6 well pads or less which include plug manifolds, sand separators, choke manifolds, double run line heaters w/T12 bath controllers, HP 3 phase separators, HP scrubbers, LP scrubbers, HP filters, HP flares controlled with Kimray back pressure valves according to pipeline pressure, and frack tanks.

● Work safely and efficiently according to Gulport’s SOP while also following safety guidelines.
● Report all incidents to the foreman in a timely manner.
● Fill out pre job JSA’s and discuss them with all personnel involved.
● Fill out BBS/safety cards when needed in order to stay safety conscious.
● Monitor and make necessary adjustments to artificial lifts IE, gas lifts and plunger lifts to optimize performance. Troubleshoot and repair minor issues. Report to foreman and contact a compressor mechanic for major compressor repairs.
● Familiar with SCADA and trending etc.
● Heaters treater’s temps etc. are controlled with a Profire.
● Record pressures and rates daily so that efficient adjustments are made in a timely manner to ensure optimal production.
● Project ahead by calculating BBL per HR and BBL per inch to ensure oil and H2O tanks are swapped or pulled down in time.
● Troubleshoot and remove hydrates or salt in tubing, big joes, etc..
● Make adjustments to pilots, big joes, fluid level controllers, etc. when needed.
● Fill out informative carry over notes nightly including repairs, parts, unloading wells, etc.
● Troubleshoot I&E issues in order to relay proper issues to foreman before contacting a technician.
● Traveling 150-250 miles nightly depending on the distance between pads within the assigned authorized route.
● Proactive via maintenance and repairs in order to minimize downtime on production and/or equipment.
● Acclimated to working in sub-zero temperatures and inclement weather conditions.
