Worked as a Research Engineer (Head of the Section-CAD)

Delegation of completion of project, preparations of schedules, distribution and organize the project to respective section, supervise the project till the completion of the work.

In charge of Hyundai i-10 -2DIN Audio Design team,India’s first factory fitted Audio System for Hyundai i-10 model. from Indian Subcontinent design dept.

Collecting daily man-day details of members, preparing weekly reports of project, gathering other section / job related details for the purpose of reporting to the Head of Department and other supporting department.

Modeling of Chassis parts for different vehicles produced by Hyundai and KIA Motors. Designing of chassis components from the given environment data using CAD tool CATIA V5. Using 2D Data to get the 3D shape.

Conversion of V4 Model to V5 Model. Modification of old chassis systems to create new one. Making of 2D drawing of the designed part.

Managing the project with respect to QCD targets. Monitoring the project with respect to project milestone. Global sourcing of chassis component.

Coordinating in packaging of parts used in globing sourcing. Development of concept design with cross-functional team.
