Operation General Manager

Responsible for the management of the Engineering Building Management Teams of Brickell City Centre a 5.1M SF Mixed Use property in the heart of Miami’s Financial District.

Responsible for Brickell City Centre’s Operations Budget for all Shared Facilities of approximately $13.4M.

Managed the final stages of a two floor tenant improvement and designed a building renovation program that increased lease rates.

Demonstrated strong leadership to management leading to additional assignment to refurbish a large retail strip center in preparation for sale.

Assistant Vice President

Conducted acquisition analysis, and implemented improvement processes that lowered expenses by 4% - 11% at five Houston properties one of which was in the Galleria section of the city.

Closed seventeen office lease transactions in the Houston market that included a full floor lease by Texaco in the North Houston area and the lease up of Kirkwood Atrium II a 500,000+ square foot office building.
